Attachment. Oh! That is a loaded word. Ask yourself. What is it that you are most attached to in life? Ask yourself, what is it about that, that I am so attached to?
This is a perceived need and you have the choice to let go. That’s just it though. You have to be open to choosing to let go. Old patterns, experiences, or people in your life can be like a blowing chain, bolted to fear from the past or desperation and anxiety about the future. As long as you hold on to that shit, You can simply not move forward and it’s frustrating the crap out of you, right?
Now is the time to break free from your attachment and set new intentions to form new healthy habits and take the action needed to move forward to a healthy and authentically happy life where you can choose peace, love and all that honors you.
